  • Software Products: Within 7 days of purchase if unused
  • Cloud Services: Within 15 days of purchase if not activated
  • AMC Services: Pro-rated refund for unused months
  • Custom Development: Case-by-case basis

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Used Software Licenses: Once activated or accessed
  • Custom Development: After project completion
  • Training Services: Once attended or materials accessed
  • Third-party Costs: Domain registration, hosting fees

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refund Methods

  • UPI: Refunded to original UPI ID
  • Cash: Not available for refunds

If our services experience significant downtime affecting your business operations:

  • Pro-rated refund for affected period
  • Additional service credits as compensation

Product Defects

If you encounter technical issues with our software:

  • Technical troubleshooting and resolution support
  • Alternative solution or upgrade at no additional cost

Change of Mind

For software purchases where you simply change your mind:

  • Full refund if software hasn't been downloaded or activated
  • No refund after activation
